About Devon Enterprise Facility.

The Devon Enterprise Facility is a busy industrial park, located in Roborough in the north of Plymouth that provides a range of different sized commercial premises that are available to rent.

Built in 1977, the industrial park had previously been occupied by Tecalemit and Sentinel before it was purchased for redevelopment by The Una Group. As the unit spans more than 170,000 ft2, we sub-divided the main building into self-contained units of varying sizes, to provide industrial space in a variety of sizes to suit a wide range of businesses. It is now mostly let out to Burts Chips as their main UK manufacturing base.

There are also new industrial units built on surplus land below the main building, which are now used by a renewable energy company that we’ve helped to establish.
