About Eaton Business Park.
Based in Estover, Eaton Business Park is a fully secured, open storage site that covers 34,000 m2 (or over 8.5 acres) in the north of Plymouth.
Originally, a large manufacturing unit was occupied by Eaton Aerospace on the site, though it had been stood empty for some time before it was redeveloped by The Una Group in 2006. We demolished the previous building to create a large, open storage space with the flexibility to construct some buildings on the site to support our client’s needs. As a result, this site is now home to the dialysis unit of NHS University Hospitals Plymouth.
Eaton Business Park is in a high profile location, well connected by road, with easy access to Plymouth’s city centre and the A38. The open site itself is easily accessible and capable of storing all manner of equipment and products, of varying amounts. There is also plenty of free parking for you to use whilst you are unloading, loading, or just visiting.
The park provides tenants with unlimited access to their space, whenever they may need it. The site is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and is protected by 24-hour CCTV providing you with peace of mind.
