Frequently Asked Questions.

We are often asked lots of questions about our commercial properties, rental terms and the available amenities. With this in mind, we have put together a list of FAQs to help answer your queries.

Below, you will find a list of the most common queries we receive. However, if your question has not been answered in the FAQs, please get in touch with us.

What kinds of companies are based in your business parks?

We have a great variety of companies on board, including multi-national, international and local companies across a great spectrum of sectors. A full list of our current tenants can be found on our ‘Current Tenants’ page.

What terms do you offer?

We offer flexible terms on our business spaces, depending on your requirement. We have short term and long-term rental agreements available.

What is the price range for fully serviced office space?

Our office prices are based on the size of the unit, with prices starting at under £200/month.

When do I pay the rent?

Rent is due on the 1st of every month and is payable by standing order.

Are your offices furnished?

Normally, offices are leased unfurnished although some may have basic furniture. All offices have power and data sockets.

Do you require a deposit?

Subject to a satisfactory company credit check, we will not require a deposit. If your company is unregistered or is a new start-up company, we will require 1 month’s rent as a deposit; payable before your term begins.

If I have any problems during my lease who do I speak to?

We have an appointed Tenant Liaison Officer and all other staff will be happy to help in any way they can.

As a tenant of one of your business parks, what amenities can I offer my employees?

Your employees will have full access to the outdoor areas, free parking, shower facilities and disabled access. At the Airport Business Centre, there is a café on-site.

Are your meeting rooms fully equipped?

Yes, our conference and meetings rooms have Wi-Fi, speaker phones with conference calling capabilities, white boards, and projectors. We have some additional services available, in addition to refreshments.

Is a parking space included in the lease?

Yes, parking is included in our prices. There is ample parking available at all sites that is available on a first come, first served basis. There are designated bays for your visitors and for disabled guests.

When do I have access to my premises?

You can access your office, warehouse, open storage area or industrial unit at your convenience, at any time of day.

Can I break the lease early?

There are specific break points in your agreement where you are able to give notice to vacate.

How do I return the office space at the end of the lease?

The property should be returned in the condition you received it in with all the keys and security cards.

When is my security deposit returned to me?

On completion of the office lease, we return the security deposit to you after all outstanding bills have been paid and any damages repaired.

What does it mean when you say one of your business parks is a ‘secure site’?

This means that the site has a secure entry system in place, allowing anytime access to tenants. The whole of the Airport Business Centre is covered by a Net2 entry system. It requires an entry card to gain access to specific areas that you require. Once you become a tenant you will receive your card, one card per employee. Access is granted at any time via your swipe card – it’s your office so you should have access whenever you want it. Similarly, Eaton Business Park is a fully secured site with 24/7 CCTV and secure entry system.
