Great News as Stem Group partners MITEL
Having extended its product portfolio and grown its team in the past 12 months due to a £500,000 investment from ITEC, Stem aims to help businesses connect and collaborate by providing a range of communication solutions.
As the level of functionality varies between business communication manufacturers, it was vital for Stem Group to select the Mitel product to ensure that all customer requirements could be fully supported.
Stem Group has a long history of providing innovative services and solutions to its customers – situated across all sectors.
Working with South West organisations, such as the University of Exeter and Brittany Ferries, Stem Group will provide Mitel communication solutions to organisations of all sizes – from small businesses to large enterprises.
On top of business telephone and mobile solutions, Stem Group’s unified communications offering includes other methods of staying in touch, such as instant messaging, email, voicemail, and video chat, which can all be accessed through a single device or platform.
Stem Group additionally offers organisations the option to combine on-premise and cloud communications to optimise head office, branch office and mobile deployment.
Stem Group’s Unified Communications Director, Richard Hill, comments:
“Having spent the last two decades working with Avaya, Unify, ShoreTel and Alcatel systems, the Mitel solution is truly the most efficient, cost-effective and feature-rich solution I have had the pleasure to work with. Mitel has managed to design a Unified Communications product that is both simple to operate from an end-user viewpoint yet so thorough, its functionality will span all business sectors irrespective of the business needs…
…We are very excited to have the UK and Europe’s No.1 product in our portfolio and really look forward to helping our clients develop key business strategies to add growth and future-proofing to their businesses.”
